VivaFlick uses the information you provide to respond to business enquiries and deliver agreed services. Contact info@vivaflick.com with questions, access requests or requests to correct or delete your information.

What we collect

Enquiry details, account name and email, project briefs, deliverables, approval records, messages, uploaded project files and invoice records. Do not submit credentials, patient information, payment-card details or sensitive information about other people.

How we use it

We use these records to assess your requirements, communicate, coordinate projects, document approvals and manage billing. Project information is available to the relevant client account and VivaFlick’s authorized owner account.

Services involved

The website runs on Hostinger. Supabase provides authentication, application data and private file storage when configured. Resend sends transactional notifications. Booking links open the external booking provider. Invoice payment links open Payoneer, which handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies and communications

Essential authentication cookies support sign-in and account security. This website build does not include advertising trackers. Account and project messages are transactional; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Retention and your choices

You can export your project records from the workspace. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss the retention period for your records. Some information may need to be kept for contractual or legal obligations. Backups and third-party services may have their own retention periods.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service changes. Ask us about the current terms before sharing sensitive business information.
