Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard. JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Cash On Delivery(COD) payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 5-8 days to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 15 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

At VivaFlick, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process for our customers. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used:

  1. Card Payments: If you paid for your order using a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process your refund through a bank transfer. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you to obtain your bank account details. Once we have the necessary information, the refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 7-14 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
